2024 Engine Maintenance
- New billet oil return tubes
- New front and rear main seals
- New timing chain ramps
- Factory RSR rocker shaft seals installed
- New SACHS clutch package installed (flywheel, flywheel bolts, pressure plate, disc, throw out bearing, and pilot bearing)
- All engine sheet metal powder coated gloss black
- All valve covers powder coated gloss black with polished lettering
- Engine yoke powder coated gloss black
- New intake and exhaust gaskets
- New phenolic intake blocks
- Stainless hardware throughout
- New tune up items (oil, oil filter, fuel filter, spark plugs, cleaned K&N air filter)
- Engine oil cooler ultra sonically cleaned and reinstalled with new sealing rings
- Throttle body and intake plenum ultrasonically cleaned
- Broken exhaust studs replaced
- Ceramic coated heat exchangers
- Stainless steel cat bypass pipe installed

Body:
In 2007 the car was taken apart and repainted the original color using PPG paint in a base coat clear coat configuration. During reassembly the car received new H4 headlights, turn signals front and rear, and a new windshield. At this time all the rubber trim was replaced as well. Shortly after the car received all 4 bilstein heavy duty shocks. The front seats and top were replaced before the car was repainted.
Description:
This car, which has been garaged its whole life, has had a average of 200 miles driven on it per year over the last ten years. This car will need some fine tuning and some preventative maintenance to make it really nice. It starts up grumpy and rough until it warms up. It goes down the road nice and straight and goes through all the gears as it should.
